Overview
Managing Creativity for Results is specifically
designed to help your organization harness employee
creativity as a source of competitive advantage. The
course covers both the attitudinal and the technique
aspects of creativity and innovation. It also offers
specific suggestions to help employees transform
creative ideas into practical solutions at the
workplace. To ensure maximum transfer of training,

Workshop Leader
John Toh started out as an external auditor and
later became a successful insurance sales
professional. He duly switched his selling and
managerial experience to the field of training and
development, rising to become Training & Business
Development Director of an international insurance
organization. A versatile trainer and motivation
speaker, he identifies training needs, formulate
training strategies for organisations, and ensures
training effectiveness. He has served as consultant
and trainer to organizations such as Creative
Technology, Singtel, AIA, Asia Matsushita, Asia
Pacific Breweries, Great Eastern Life, Ministries
for Defence, Education, Health and Manpower. He is
currently also a consultant-trainer to the Public
Service of SAR Macau and the Civil Service of
Singapore. John holds a Masters Degree in Human
Resource Development (University of Leicester). He
is also the Managing Director of IC2 Training
Consultancy Pte Ltd
